Experience the delights with Chef Dean as he brings us a modern Argentinian-inspired dinner that features a rolled, slow-cooked steak stuffed with cheese and bacon, alongside fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits, thoughtfully paired wines, and a satisfying dessert to finish. Guests will begin with a welcome bite and cocktail, then have time to wander the flower field and pick a bouquet of fresh mountain grown flowers. We’ll gather under the covered pavilion to start our meal and spend the evening enjoying delicious Argentinian cuisine and carefully selected wines served family-style.
